My experience at Holdcroft Volvo Hanley could have been better because the vehicle was not prepped to the standard I would expect from a main dealership. The wheels have been painted badly and the scuff on the rear bumper had not been done. Overall very very disappointing.
Holdcroft Volvo Hanley staff were good in particular James who looked after us. We felt looked after and valued, never felt rushed and James listened to what we wanted.
I'd recommend Holdcroft Volvo Hanley to a friend because the sales person was very helpful and fully explained our options
